Experience in numbers

At Senat Biznesu, I mainly deal with what hurts company owners the most – escaping margins. Since 2016, I have completed 147 financial audits, in which we realistically reduced operational costs by an average of 14.7%. I do not theorize. I enter spreadsheets, check invoices, and catch unnecessary expenses that are often forgotten in the daily rush.

How do I work?

My approach is strict: no beating around the bush. When we start collaboration, first I analyze data from the last 12 months. Usually after the first 3 weeks, I present a list of concrete points for optimization. We focus on hard data, not guesses. I am not here to say that everything is fine if I see in the figures that project profitability is falling below 8%.
